Vice-president of Agricultural Development Bank of China under investigation
Xu Yiding, a member of the Party Committee and vice-president of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, is under disciplinary review and supervisory investigation for suspected serious violations of Party discipline and the law, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission announced on Saturday.
According to public records, Xu began his career in 1988. He holds a doctoral degree and is a senior economist. He has held significant positions at ADBC, including deputy president of the poverty alleviation financial department and general manager of the comprehensive business department for poverty alleviation. ADBC is a State-owned policy bank focused on supporting agricultural and rural development.
In July 2019, Xu was appointed as a member of the Communist Party of China ADBC Party Committee and later assumed the role of vice president, a position he held until the current investigation.
