Belly of the Giant Serpent, a series of photos by artist Chen Chuanduan that recently scooped the 2024 Three Shadows Photography Award (TSPA), can easily send viewers down a rabbit hole.
A fantasy story told in first person point of view, Chen's winning work features images paired with description in the form of flash fiction, affording viewers an engrossing experience akin to reading Alice's Adventures in Wonderland at the Three Shadows Photography Art Centre in Beijing through April 28.
