LSEG CEO voices firm confidence in China's capital market

David Schwimmer, CEO of London Stock Exchange Group, said the group has "a lot of confidence" in the development prospect of China's capital market despite recent market fluctuations.
"The government's approach to continuing to open this economy up in a thoughtful, careful way is, I think, very encouraging," Schwimmer told China Daily.
Upbeat about the growth potential and opening-up progress of China's derivatives market, Schwimmer said LSEG is evaluating potential opportunities to facilitate investors' participation in this market.
