Make national energy storage platform available to battery enterprises in an orderly manner: CATL chairman

Zeng Yuqun, founder and chairman of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co Ltd, proposed improving the publication and sharing of battery energy storage statistics.

He proposed that the data of the national energy storage platform be made available to battery enterprises in an orderly manner, allowing them to set up more accurate early warning models for the safety of energy storage stations.

Such efforts will also provide data support for the continuous optimization of energy storage batteries.

He also proposed developing China's battery passport as a digital management tool for the whole life cycle management of the battery industry by taking advantage of China's complete industry chain and abundant application data, to address the actual problem of carbon footprint and ESG.
