"The AI strategies adopted by companies are multi-faceted and complex. Every company must have its own unique AI strategy. Instead of directly competing with Google, Baidu or Microsoft on general AI, companies should focus on areas they are already good at, and build their own strengths in AI," said Andrew Ng, founder of Landing AI.
Ng also shared his views on how to recruit AI talent and how to choose AI projects, hoping academia and government could offer more support to the development of AI.
