AI is a transnational and interdisciplinary project and should be pushed forward globally, said Pony Ma, founder of Tencent.

He emphasized people should take full consideration of what results developing AI will bring to influence society in the future. AI may become a master key that can release potential from human technologies and tools, and also may bring unprecedented challenges to people.

He also proposed four questions to industry insiders, including whether AI will be known, controlled, available and reliable in the future.
