Saberi, a 32-year-old dual Iranian-American citizen, arrived in Vienna with her parents and a friend early Friday.

Saberi says she plans to spend a few days in Vienna at a friend's home.

"I need some time to think about what's happened to me," Saberi said.

She thanked those who had supported her.

Saberi was convicted of spying after a brief, closed-door trial in Iran and was sentenced to eight years in prison.

Saberi spent four months in prison. She was freed Monday and reunited with her parents after an appeals court reduced her sentence to a two-year suspended sentence.
