With diners increasingly aware about the importance of balanced meals, Blue Frog Bar & Grill, a popular restaurant and bar chain headquartered in Shanghai, and with branches all over the country, has updated its latest menu.

Apart from adding new twists to the restaurant's popular items, the new menu features a large choice of new dishes.

At a tasting event at the restaurant a few days ago, a company executive said that the company had conducted a lot of experiments before finalizing the menu.

People care a lot about what they put into their mouths, and want their food to not only be delicious but healthy, the executive said.

She added that gym-goers and exercisers, who formed a large part of the restaurant's regular clientele, were even more particular about their food, and that the restaurant wanted to provide them with more healthily cooked options rather than just chicken breast and vegetable dishes, which many eateries are now capable of providing.

The new menu is indeed mouthwatering.
