Armando Christian Perez, better known by his stage name Pitbull, is an American rapper from Miami, Florida. His first recorded mainstream performance was on a solo track from Lil Jon's 2002 album Kings of Crunk, which featured Pitbull rapping over Jon's production. He was chosen by FIFA and Sony Music to write and record We Are One (Ole Ola) along with Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte, which served as the official song of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
