Jean-Pierre Raffarin, vice-president of the French Senate and former prime minister of France, spoke with China Daily on the day when the 18th CPC National Congress kicked off in Beijing, China. He spoke highly of China's achievements in the past decade, and expressed his expectations for China's future under new leadership.
