A kid wearing a bear-suit appears and takes the balloons from the clown. Little bear encourages himself to go to the clown for a balloon, because he thinks the kid is a bear, too. The kind-hearted clown sees the little bear as a friend and gives him a balloon. The little bear lets the balloon go, because his claws cannot hold the rope. The clown ties another balloon to the little bear's claws. The little bear goes back to the forest with his mommy and daddy, happily carrying the balloon.
