The Chinese government is investing in large public buildings throughout the developing world and at the centre of the initiative is the building of national soccer stadiums, which come free of charge and with no strings attached. In the third part of the Eye on China series, D J Clark travels to Maputo to investigate the benefits of these enormous construction projects.
