Dummy a good partner for truck driver

Driving long distance on the highway is a tiring, and sometimes, lonely job. To overcome the sense of loneliness and boost his courage, a driver came up with an innovative solution.

In video footage caught on a highway section in East China's Zhejiang province on Wednesday, a truck driver was pictured sitting beside a dummy, with the seat belt buckled over it.

When stopped by the police, the driver revealed that because oil thieves are rampant on the road, and trucks are often targeted, he used the dummy as a deterrent to thieves. And he said the dummy worked well as a night watcher.
