Wanted man stages "Fast and Furious" getaway

A suspected drug dealer in Chongqing staged a real-life "Fast and Furious" drag race while he tried to flee the police by driving his car down a flight of stairs on last Thursday, but unfortunately he failed to get away, cqnews.net reported.

According to the report, the wanted man was being hunted down in the early morning on that day by the local police.

As soon as his car was spotted in a village, instead of stopping and giving himself up, he drove even faster towards the police, and then tried driving down the stone staircase, from a height of over four meters.
