Ten-year-olds dance in summer dresses in winter

In winter, sometimes it feels as though you can never wear enough clothes to stave off the cold. But a group of dancing girls who took to the stage in thin summer skirts in Nanjiang, Sichuan province worried audiences by wearing too little, reported newssc.org on Tuesday.

The girls in skirts were on stage for a local event sponsored by the local government. After the story got out, the county government explained that they didn't examine the show due to the lack of time and confirmed the girls were from a local school.

The school principal said it was a bit thoughtless of them to select a summer show for the winter stage.
