In a recent online chat about staying up late, a woman held the record with only eight hours of sleep over four days due to her busy work as a designer. Sometimes she was sick, but still had to continue to work, she said.

An expert called on young people to abandon the habit of staying up late and increase rest times, Chongqing Business Daily reported.
