The Regent Hotel Beijing can't hide the excitement for the arrival of their Daccapo restaurant's new chef de cuisine Samuel Zucca, who was born with a gift for preparing authentic Italian cuisine. Growing up in a famous wine-producing region provided Chef Zucca with many exciting wine pairing ideas and through his experience of working at Michelin restaurants and numerous luxury properties, he has always pushed the boundaries of Italian cuisine.
