Located in the northwestern part of Beijing, Yanqing county is the summer escape resort and agricultural and ecological base of Beijing. From August to September each year, its Flowers Ocean scenic spot divided in seven sections display marigold, lily, scarlet sage, verbena, Salvia farinacea, spider flower and chrysanthemum attracts thousands of visitors.
