BDA forum debates recruitment of talented individuals

Representatives from four investment and financing institutions and seven businesses including E-Town Capital, E-Town Financing Guarantee, and the Bank of China BDA Branch, attended a forum targeting BDA’s skilled worker policy known as E-Town Talents (Yi Qi Lin), on Jan 10.
The forum, hosted by the High-level Talent Service Center of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA), was presided over by Xiao Yongsheng, deputy director of the High-level Talent Service Center.
Xiao started the event by outlining BDA’s policies and initiatives to recruit skilled workers.
Representatives from E-Town Capital, E-Town Financing and E-Town Financing Leasing introduced the development of the BDA-based companies, highlighting the companies backed by E-Town Talents (Yi Qi Lin).
In 2018, E-Town Financing Guarantee and E-Town Financing Leasing established a partnership with BDA’s High-level Talent Service Center with new cooperation agreements signed, in the hope of improving BDA's environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, while strengthening financial services and industrial transformation and upgrading.
The two companies have been providing services to nearly 100 companies set up by highly-skilled individuals in the BDA –– through investment and financing salons, policy briefings, and face-to-face communication.
In 2018, E-Town Financing Guarantee provided some 80 million yuan ($11.79 million) in financing for 13 enterprises; and E-Town Financing Leasing provided some 60 million yuan of financial leasing support for four enterprises.
