Materials needed to apply for the APEC Business Travel Card
We hereby renew our requirement on the application materials for the APEC Business Travel Card according to the requirements of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please hand in your materials accordingly, starting June 1, 2014.
Please offer the following materials in print form to apply for the APEC Business Travel Card (One Copy)
（1）Valid passport of the applicants (The validity of the passport should be no shorter than three years. The passport will be given back to you after inspection) with a photo copy.
（2）A fully filled in application form of the APEC Business Travel Card (Beijing or its districts).
（3）A fully filled in application form of the APEC Business Travel Card (With photos and signatures)
( (4) A photocopy of the company's business licenses and ID cards of the applicants.
（5）Brief introduction of the company (the size, performance, assets and liabilities, taxes, import and export), proof of regularly visiting APEC economies and the introduction of the applicant him or herself.
（6）Certificate of Non-criminal Record provided by the public security authorities.
（7）All other relevant materials required by the processing authorities.
2 Electronic materials needed (disks)
（1） Photos
1 format：JPG
2 Size：Width: height= 3:4.The width should be within 50-600pixel. The height should be between 50-800 pixel. A photo of 300*400 pixel is recommended.
3 Only accept colored photos ( B&W photos will not be accepted)
（2） Signature
1 Format：JPG
2 Size：Width: height= 1:2。The width should be within 50-600 pixels. The height should be between 50-300 pixels. A photo with 150*300 pixels is recommended.
3 The signature should fill up the space
