Goldwind gets 2.7 billion order

Goldwind Science & Technology has signed a 2.745 billion yuan supply contract for 1.5MW and 2.5MW wind-driven generators with CNR Yongji Electric Equipment Co.
The generators prescribed in the wind-driven generator contract are direct-driven permanent magnet synchronous models, which take less maintenance, offer better grid connectivity, less downtime, a high power generating efficiency and other superior performances.
According to a spokesman of CNR, as the first national high-tech enterprise entering the wind power industry, CNR Yongji Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. has taken green, environmental protection and energy efficiency as strategic objectives for sustainable development, continuous technological research, an increase of product series, optimization of technological process and improvement of its competitiveness. Based on consistent product quality and sound after-sale service, the company has become the largest manufacturer of wind-driven generators and parts in China with an annual production capacity of over 4,000 1.5 – 3MW wind-driven generators, which can meet over half of the demand of China’s wind power market.
