To provide a convenient transportation service to visitors, China Hi-Tech Fair 2014 will offer a free shuttle bus service between Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (SZCEC) and Hong Kong from Nov 17-19.
Visitors who are Hong Kong/Macau residents or foreign passport holders should contact the Business Travel & MICE Centre of China Travel Service (HK) Ltd (the appointed travel agent in Hong Kong) at least two days in advance by calling at (852) 28539109. They need to provide two business cards when boarding the shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus departs from Hong Kong to SZCEC at 9:00 and returns at 16:00 each day from Nov 17-19. The Hong Kong pick-up point is beside the Hong Kong Coliseum shuttle bus parking space.
An on-site registration service is available for overseas visitors (Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan included). Unregistered overseas visitors can still receive a multi-entry badge by providing their valid ID card or passport.
