Large Medium SmallThe 2012 Beijing International Fair of Stamps and Coins is to be held in Beijing. As one of the main events during the fair, an auction on Nov 3 will gather 284 rare stamps and coins to go under the hammer.
Organizers say the auctioned pieces include a number of gold and silver coins that have disappeared from the market for some time. Rare stamps, like the famous monkey stamps issued in 1980, will also be auctioned.
