Local planners threaten to sink Titanic

A scale model of the Titanic which was used in the filming of the movie "Titanic." A 33-metre (100-foot) replica of the "unsinkable" luxury liner built by Briton Stan Fraser and his two sons over a period of six years behind his home, could face a tragic end at the hands of the local planning authorities if Fraser does not get a permission for it.[AFP]
