Wudang's 600-year-old birthday to commence

The commemorative activities of "Wudang's 600-year-old birthday" included "ten activities" and "ten forums". The "ten activities" are: "Wudang's 600 year old birthday" Memorial Festival; the Twelfth National "Village Chief" Forum; the Ninth China Photography Festival; the Fourth World Taichi quan and Health Conference; the Tenth Wudang Mountain International Tourism Festival; the Friendship Association Between Taichi Lake of Wudang and Sun-moon Lake in Alishan; China Taoist Mountains Association; World Cultural Heritage Forum; the Awarding Ceremony of the Second China Wudang International Photography Exhibition; and 2012 "Wudang Cup" Chinese Poetry Competition.

The "ten forums" are: 2012 China Scenic Area Association; Chinese Traditional Culture and Yi King Forum, 2012 China Ropeway Association Annual Meeting; the "Chinese Famous Painters Drawing Wudang Mountain" activity; National Evening News editor-in-chief visiting Wudang; Tourism Promotion in Taiwan province week; Taichi culture in America; "Famous Mountain of Chinese Calligraphy" Awarding Ceremony; Finance and Tourism Industry Forum; and the Chinese Musicians' Association Annual Meeting. Wudang Mountain will take its 600-year-old birthday as an opportunity to improve its environment and service while focusing on project construction and investment.
