Introduction: The project would cover an area of 66.67 hectares. The start-up phase would invest 600 million yuan to build a star-grade hotel, business center, content networking center, R&D center of science & technology, exhibition center and living facilities. It covers an area of 9.33 hectares with a building area of 140,000 square meters.

Construction conditions: With help from Zhejiang University Science & Technology Park, Ningbo Zhejiang University Science & Technology Park and Suzhou Industrial Research Institute, the project could boost scientific research and attract talents. The project will be built on Tai’an’s reserved land for science and technology where Taishan Hi-tech Industrial Park is located in the south.

Economic benefits analysis: After the project goes into operation, it could raise sales income of 6.5 billion yuan, along with profits and taxes of 700 million yuan annually.

The company engages in finance, logistics, real estate, municipal infrastructure, high-end manufacturing, new energy, bio-pharming, scientific research and development, education industry and modern hi-tech agricultural facilities.
