Introduction: The project covers an area of 488.4 hectares with a building area of 1 million square meters. Based on the theme, “dragon culture,” it focuses on building four functional areas. After project completion, it would be a large tourism project that consists of tourism sightseeing, ecological recreation, conference exhibitions, religious national studies and a high rise private club.

Construction conditions: The project is in a good location, with Taishan Fantawild Adventure in the west, Zhitian River in the north, Ruiao Sleepless City and Bixia International Community in the south. Relying on Mount Tai’s popularity, the project integrates traditional culture with modern hi-technology to promote the iconic mountain. The government of Taishan districtis preparing preliminary design outline.

Economic benefits analysis: After the project goes into operation, it could generate 15 billion yuan in revenues, and profits and taxes of 1.5 billion yuan annually.

Project cooperation unit: Goldenray Consortium Pte. holds Singapore business licenses for investment banking and financial holdings to engage in industrial investments, international trade, and culture and education sectors.
