The Mount Tai Spring Group Eco-tourism Holiday Zone will be constructed with investment from the Dawenkou Gypsum Industrial Park.

The estimated investment in the program is about 258.8 million yuan. The program includes the area of Shangquan Village with a surrounding area of 2.5 square kilometers.

The holiday zone covers a hot spring vacation area, rural salt-bath center, village bookstore, bush saloon, farmyard orchard, spring and wetland, a farmyard fishpond, and house landscape.

The program is located northwest of Dawenkou town. Transportation is quite convenient there and a local river runs from northeast to southwest. The flowing yield of spring water from nearby springs is close to 30,000 cubic meters per day, with an average temperature of 18℃.

The tourist holiday zone, 15 km from the center of Tai'an city, is an ideal place to go sightseeing. Within ten years, it is expected to bring a total revenue of 1 billion yuan, including 260 million yuan in profit.
