V. Brief introduction: This project will build a production line toward producing oxidized pellet of 1.2 million tons annually. It applies the travelling grate-rotary kiln manufacturing technology, which includes procedures of drying of traveling grate, green pellet with preheating, consolidation in rotary kiln drying of pellets and cooling of pellets by annular coolers. The production line is composed of ten systems including raw material warehouse system, drying system, damp mill system, pellet production system, and traveling grate system.

VI. Construction conditions: The project address-Dongping County Industrial Park has superior construction conditions. The traffic is convenient, and the facilities are completed, which can meet the needs of project construction and enterprise production.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project comes into operation, it can increase the sales revenue of 2 billion yuan, and profit and tax of 350 million yuan annually as well.
