Introduction: The project covers an area of 2.27 hectares, 124,000 square meters of construction area. It is an opposite scenery of the square in front of Tai’an Railway Station. In this functional area, industries of commerce, food and drink, and entertainment are getting planned and constructed.

Construction conditions: Formalities of land use planning and utilization have been finished for construction.

Economic benefits analysis: After the project goes into operation, it could generate 2 billion yuan in revenues, and profits and taxes of 200 million yuan.

Cooperation unit: Shenzhen Maoye (Group) Co Ltd is a large Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise group that is devoted to develop high-grade office buildings, business apartments, commercial real estate and residential buildings. It has constructed Maoye commercial building, Kowloon City Plaza, Mong Kok Shopping Mall, the East Times Square and other commercial real estate projects.
