Introduction: The project is the third stage of the Times Development Axis. It covers an area of 43.47 hectares with construction area of 921,000 square meters. It is composed of commercial complexes, public construction projects and commercial buildings.

Construction conditions: Formalities of land use planning and utilization have been finished, and other formalities are being dealt with.

Economic benefits analysis: The residential portion of the project would bring sales of 4.8 billion yuan. After the whole project goes into operation, it could raise tourism income to 60 billion yuan, and profits and taxes of 150 million yuan.

Cooperation unit: Shanghai Shimao Co Ltd has developed the Shanghai Shimao Lakeside Garden, Fuzhou Shimao Bund Garden, Kunshan Shimao East China Mall, and other projects.
