Construction Conditions of the project: The total area of Heshan Village is 99 square kilometers. It is the alluvial plain in the north, hilly lands in the west. And it connects to Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway, Beijing-Shanghai Railway, No 104 National Road and Jiyan Road in the east. Zhongxiao Road goes across from south to north, Xinzhou Road, Heguang Road go across from east to west, with regional advantages and ease to access.

Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the tourism income of 120 million yuan, and profit and tax of 24 million yuan.
