It is responsible for improving ideology, organization, and work methods of the SPC and its directly affiliated institutions’ Party organizations; supervising the Party members’ work methods and observation of discipline and punishing any violation of Party discipline; and leading the SPC’s mass organizations of workers, youth and women.
