CRRC Yongji Electric Co (Yongji Electric), a producer of rail transportation equipment in Shanxi province, exhibited products including its electric driving system for Renaissance Electric Multiple Units (EMU), at the 2017 Modern Railways Exhibition held in Shanghai, on Oct 26.
Renaissance EMU is an advanced high-speed train designed to operate at speeds of up to 350 kilometers per hour.
Yongji Electric successfully developed the electric driving system, one of the core components of Renaissance EMU, ensuring the safety and speed of trains.
The company is now expanding its business to India, Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America, with the hope of making a significant contribution to the global development of rail traffic.
