The three-day 2013 Shanxi Food Industry Fair which opened on June 20 showcased the industry’s latest technology and products.
Shanxi province is the main producer and consumer of wines and vinegar and the 27% growth rate of its food industry last year surpassed that of other industries. The Shanxi Food Industry Office organized the fair which included 200 booths in seven categories, including wines, beverages, condiments and agricultural products.
