IATA exec lauds China-India flight resumption

Willie Walsh, director general of the International Air Transport Association, has expressed appreciation for the upcoming resumption of direct flights between China and India by the end of October.
"This is going to be an exciting development to watch the growth in the market between China and India," Walsh said in an exclusive interview with China Daily during the IATA World Safety and Operations Conference held in Xiamen, Fujian province, on Tuesday.
