"Huang explained the implementation opinions and delivered a concluding speech at the end of the meeting, clearly stating the requirements for implementing the spirit of the plenary session and carrying out current work effectively."

The implementation opinions focus on the obstacles hindering the high-quality development of Jilin, the obstacles affecting the new breakthroughs in the comprehensive revitalization of Jilin, the most urgent development issues in various regions, and the matters of immediate concern to the masses.

"It formulates nine key special items, clarifies goals, paths, and measures to better promote a significant advancement in the high-quality development of Jilin," said Cao.
