The Military Museum of the Chinese People’s Revolution welcomed foreign guests to an exhibition commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victorious Long March on October 10. About 100 foreign experts, winners of 2016 Chinese Government Friendship awards, and their families were invited to attend the event by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. The foreign experts were from 39 countries, including the US, Russia, the UK, Spain, Japan, and Vietnam.

The Long March is of great importance in the history of the Chinese revolution and the People’s Army. The exhibition showed its glorious history and significance, and depicted its heroic events.

The visit was intended to help foreign experts learn more about Chinese history. The guests said that the exhibition had given them a better understanding of the Long March and Chinese revolutionary history.
