Sun Zhaohua, deputy administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), met with a delegation from the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JSTA) on June 22.

The special advisor of the agency was awarded a “Chinese Government Friendship Award” and a China International Science and Technology Cooperation Award in 2015.

Sun introduced the functions and major work of SAFEA, and welcomed the delegation to China. The Japanese delegate introduced the history of JSTA and its cooperation with China. Both sides hope to enhance their cooperation and personal and technological communications.
