Feb 23 marks the traditional Chinese festival Long Tai Tou (Dragon Head Raising), on the second day of the second month of the Chinese lunar calendar. Residents in Dandong, Liaoning province who follow the tradition had their hair cut on this day. The hairdresser Mr Zhang (L1) said this day is his busiest day all year, with three times as many clients as on ordinary days.
