Inner Mongolia delegation holds press conference

Media organizations in attendance included the People’s Daily, Xinhua News Agency, China National Radio, China Central Television, Guangming Daily, the Ta Kung Pao, the Economic News Press, China News Service, Phoenix Satellite Television, Bloomberg, Reuters, the Economist, and Kyodo News Service.
Journalists wanted to ask about a wide range of topics including corruption, tourism, production safety, poverty reduction efforts, industrial upgrading, traditional medicine and infrastructure projects.
Bu Xiaolin, chairwoman of Inner Mongolia People’s Government, conveyed her appreciation for the chance to talk to the media and thanked journalists for attending.

High-speed train debuts in Inner Mongolia
A bullet train departed Hohhot East Railway Station for Ulanqab marking the start of high-speed rail services using Inner Mongolia’s first newly-laid high-speed railway on Aug 3.
