A college graduate, Liu Xing, has established a sheep ranch in Horinger county, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region. With support from her family, the 25-year-old girl has taken a road starkly different to her peers, opting for a farmer’s life by raising sheep in Horinger county.

In 2013 she searched online for information about sheep and later signed contracts with Mongolian Mutton Company, a comprehensive firm specializing in the breeding, raising, processing and selling of lamb and mutton.

In June this year she received a loan from the local government, following a series of evaluations. Taking advantage of the Internet, Liu’s farm has expanded its sales and business across the country, via online-offline tools.
