Henan Wanzheng Group

Henan Wanzheng Group was founded in Nanyang in 1995 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan ($31.6 million). It is the first company in the city to have a national first-level qualification in real estate development.

Currently, it has more than 2,000 employees and 20 subsidiaries which are engaged in fields such as property management, tourism, project design, road and bridge construction, commercial management and landscaping.

Over the past 23 years, the company has built up a strong reputation through projects such as Wanzheng Square, the five-star Yihuang Hotel, and national 4A-grade scenic spots such as International Jade City, Xiangyan Temple and Taijixia Geopark.
