Many residents lined up to enter a gold jewelry store through a "Gold Path" in Nanyang, Central China's Henan province, on Dec 26.

To celebrate the opening of the branch store, Shandong Gold Group Co arranged a 12-meter-long "Gold Path" on gold bars and jewelry worth 160 million yuan ($25.71 million) at the front door.

With guards on both sides of the path, the "Gold Path" led visitors into the jewelry store for gold consultation.
