Chen Zhongjian, executive director of the China Academy of the New Third Board and president of the Pingtan New Third Board Equity Investment Management Co, said every technological and industrial revolution is inseparable from capital. Capital and technology strength are changing the world economic pattern at an amazing speed.

He also introduced that the New Third Board, a national share transfer system, is designed to provide capital market services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In light of most companies in Pingtan are still SMEs, he suggested they take advantage of the New Third Board system to seek more development opportunities in the future.
