China Economic Times arranged a seminar for its 20th anniversary, in Beijing, on Oct 31, with Li Wei, minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), addressing the meeting and asking China Economic Times to take the lead in adapting to media trends, push transformation and development, and become a communication site suited to new Chinese think tank development.
