Techcracker event takes place in Shanghai

The city of Shanghai held an Innovation Day event, titled "Techcracker Shanghai", on Oct 9, where sustainable innovation products from seven high-tech start-ups that benefit humans and the environment were on display, including meat production, cell culture leather, visual reality glasses, and musical instruments.
Taking part in the event were Han Jun, a vice-minister at the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), Ai Baojun, deputy mayor of Shanghai, Li Jiange, chairman of the Sun Yefang Foundation, and Solina Chau, director of the Li Ka Shing Foundation.
Sponsors of the Techcracker event were the Science Research Information Technology Co Ltd (SRIT), China Economic Yearbook, and Li Ka Shing Foundation.
