Abstract：
After the government made strict enforcement to straighten market order and crack down on the manufacturing and selling of counterfeit commodities, there has emerged some new features related to the subject and behavior of the manufacturing and selling of counterfeit commodities. The manufacturing of counterfeit goods by legal entity has been increased, the activity of manufacturing and selling of counterfeit goods has become all the more covert and well organized, the counterfeiting activity and infringing act have become rational so as to avoid law restraint, the related areas of the manufacturing and selling of counterfeit goods have been expanded and the export volume of counterfeit goods has been increased. Based on relevant survey and field study, the article makes an in-depth analysis of the new features and development trend of the manufacturing and selling of counterfeit commodities which could be referred to for the future activity on cracking down the manufacturing and selling of counterfeit commodities on a larger scale and with higher efficiency.
