Abstract:
E-government in foreign countries is stepping out of the old system of mutual independence and isolation. Taking the government website as the only website for e-government is becoming the main direction for the development of e-government in many countries. China should develop e-government under the overall planning of the government website so as to overcome the drawbacks of segmentation and information isolation.
