Invited by US Department of Energy(DOE), RAND Cooperation and Mexico National Autonomous University(UNAM), DRC President Mr. Zhang Yutai led a delegation to visit USA and Mexico from Oct 19 to Oct 28. The delegation met with DOE, RAND, Honeywell and Boeing during their stay in USA discussing American energy policies and Sino-US energy cooperation. In Mexico, Director General of International Cooperation Department of DRC Mme. SUN Lanlan signed MOU with UNAM on behalf of DRC. President Zhang presented in the China-Mexico Economic Cooperation Workshop and made a keynote speech on China Macro-economic Development. Director General of Industrial Economy Research Department Dr. FENG Fei and Director General of Foreign Economic Relations Department Dr. LONG Guoqiang made speeches respectively on China Energy Policy and Bi-lateral and Multi-lateral Trading Policy in the world. 300 participants including representatives from Mexico Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, Industrial development agencies, local authorities, and UNAM participated in the workshop.
